All Sales Are Final - Due to the nature of our inventory — which includes liquidation, closeout, and returned items — all sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items carefully before purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Store Credit Only - While all sales are final, we understand things happen. That’s why Markdown Market offers store credit within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when purchased. The original receipt is required. Store credit will be issued as a gift card or voucher, redeemable for future purchases.

No Cash Refunds - Markdown Market does not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
Store credit is the only form of compensation available for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items - To maintain our unbeatable prices, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Electronics or appliances that have been plugged in or used

Clearance or “as-is” merchandise Items without original packaging or tags

Items that did not fit or did not match

Broken or Non-Working Items - If an item is found to be broken or non-functional, please return it within 7 days of purchase for evaluation. All decisions regarding replacements or store credit will be made at management’s discretion.
